Practitioner registration

The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Public Health Practitioner Registration Support Scheme (KSSPRS) supports practitioners to achieve professional registration with the UK Public Health Register (UKPHR).

Our Scheme is open to people working across the full span of public health such as health improvement, health protection, health information, community development and more; in a wide range of settings from the NHS and local government to voluntary agencies in Kent, Surrey or Sussex.

Our practitioner registration information leaflet (PDF, 208.7 KB) contains more information about registration. The benefits of becoming a registered public health practitioner are outlined in our evaluation report (PDF, 1.6 MB).

Our advanced practice page gives details of progress on the development of an advanced practitioner registration programme.

We are pleased to announce that we are piloting a Pan-London Practitioner Registration Support Scheme which will be hosted on behalf of ADPH London by Kent County Council.
