Kent County Council has a corporate subscription to Research in Practice (supporting evidence-informed practice with children and families) https://www.rip.org.uk/  which is available to all members of Kent County Council. You will need to register on their website at https://www.rip.org.uk/login/create-account/  using your work email.

NSPCC Library

The NSPCC Library is the only UK library dedicated to child protection, safeguarding, child abuse and child neglect. It holds over 40,000 resources including inquiry reports and case reviews, training resources and text books, international journals and grey literature. It provides a useful signpost to what is available, but may have to be followed up elsewhere.
