You will need a public health OpenAthens account and library membership to register for a free account at e-Learning for Healthcare portal.  Your OpenAthens provider is NHS England.

Alternatively, sign into OpenAthens, then look for e-learning for Healthcare under Resources to register for and sign into your account.
